Belfast CBT Clinic
Achieve Your Goals
Do you feel stuck? Depressed? Worried? Stressed? Each of us can experience hard times.
I offer confidential, non-judgemental face to face therapy in my Lisburn Road (Belfast) office, to help you with issues of depression, stress & anxiety. I also offer online counselling sessions.
CBT can teach you the skills to identify patterns and overcome them.
We will identify the 'vicious cycles' that maintain your current difficulties and give you the necessary tools to achieve your therapeutic goals.
Together we will form a treatment plan tailored for you. CBT is a short-term therapy which aims to help you change how you feel by identifying and challenging the way you think and what you do.
