Belfast CBT Clinic

Achieve Your Goals

Do you feel stuck? Depressed? Worried? Stressed? Each of us can experience hard times. CBT can teach you the skills to identify patterns and overcome them.We will identify the 'vicious cycles' that maintain your current difficulties and give you the necessary tools to achieve your therapeutic goals.
We will work together as a team – while I am an expert in the research and treatment models; you are the expert in your experiences and your feelings. Together we will form a treatment plan tailored for you. CBT is a short-term therapy which aims to help you change how you feel by identifying and challenging the way you think and what you do.

Individual CBT Session

CBT is a collaborative and active process rather than just a sit-down discussion. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and cost £50 per session.

I will provide learning and skills you can use again and again, for you to become your own therapist. CBT is the gold standard treatment recommended by the national guidelines for treating many mental health problems, including (but not limited to) treating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. My clients value that I am a genuinely caring and compassionate practitioner and if you are ready to start your CBT journey, I am here to support and guide you. It is my mission to help guide and inspire you to achieve more of your personal and professional goals. Get in touch today and start taking control of your life with CBT tools and techniques.
